Trina G. Reaves brings more than 20 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, academic coach, assistant principal, principal, and district-level leader in STEM and innovation. She is the Founder and CEO of Innovative Academic Solutions, LLC, where she partners with educational institutions, organizations, and public-sector entities to support strategic planning, program design, certification efforts, and organizational growth. Her work focuses on aligning learning, leadership, and systems to create sustainable, future-ready outcomes that connect education with business and industry..

Tameaka L. McKinney is an educational leader and consultant with over a decade of experience advancing equitable, future-ready science and STEM learning. She began her career in education with Chicago Public Schools and later joined Clayton County Public Schools, where she has served in multiple leadership roles, including K–12 STEM Coordinator, K–12 Science Coordinator, and currently Secondary Science Coordinator. In these roles, she leads curriculum, professional learning, and districtwide initiatives that strengthen instructional practice and student outcomes in science and STEM. Mrs. McKinney is deeply committed to relationship-centered leadership, expanding access to high-quality science and STEM experiences, and increasing representation of underrepresented students in STEM pathways and professions.

Jacquelyn Johnson

Dr. Nicole Reese-Jones is an educational leader, instructional designer, and adjunct professor with more than 30 years of experience supporting teaching and learning across K–12 and higher education. She currently serves as a District Instructional Facilitator, leading platform implementation, data monitoring, and instructional support across multiple high schools while partnering closely with teachers and administrators. In higher education, she teaches graduate-level education and instructional technology courses, mentoring future educators in effective planning, assessment, and digital learning. Dr. Reese-Jones is known for her passion for equity, data-driven decision-making, and empowering educators to create engaging, student-centered learning environments.

Rebecca Dorsey is an instructional leader and science education strategist currently serving as an Academic Content Lead for Secondary Science in Clayton County Public Schools. She leads districtwide initiatives focused on curriculum quality, teacher capacity-building, and equitable access to rigorous science instruction. A proud alumna of Albany State University and former White House Initiative HBCU Ambassador, Rebecca has designed STEM endorsement pathways, facilitated large-scale professional learning, and secured grant funding to expand opportunities for educators and students alike. She is deeply committed to partnerships that bridge research, practice, and innovation to build sustainable academic success.
